After five years with KPMG as Financial auditor, Jean-Christophe joined Gide Loyrette Nouel as a member of the Paris bar in 1995, then Arthur Andersen International in 1999 where he became partner in 2001. He then spent eight years as partner to the Franklin law firm. Jean-Christophe is the founder of NMW Delormeau.
He is recommended for his reputation in taxation and in corporate/M&A.
He has developed a body of accepted legal practice in mergers and acquisitions on behalf of French companies, and of foreign companies or controlled by foreign investors.
Jean-Christophe Bouchard regularly publishes articles, notably in “Option Finance” review and is member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), of “Sorbonne Immo” association, of the EACC (European American Chamber of Commerce) and of the IBA (International Bar Association).
